1. After the delivery, please check the outside of the machine carefully for any damage. Please check the quality of the mold again before use, whether there are missing edges, cracks, deformation, insufficient compaction, device integrity, etc.

2. Please carefully check whether the raw material of the powder to be pressed is dry. The powder should not contain metal or other hard objects. If not meet the requirements, please do not press hard, otherwise it will affect the normal operation and service life of the machine, and cause the loss of raw materials.

3. If you are unfamiliar with the tablet press, please refer to the instructions. If you don't understand, you can contact our after-sales customer service to teach you the operation rules. After confirmation, verification and familiarity, the production shall be formally started. During the production process, the quality of the tablets and whether they meet the requirements shall be sampled regularly, and adjustments shall be made when necessary.

4. The choice of speed directly affects the service life of the machine. The raw materials of tablets vary from person to person, and the diameter of tablets can be controlled, so it must be decided according to the actual situation.
