Cleaning of aluminum-plastic packaging machine

Automatic plate aluminum plastic packaging machine is qualified tablets, capsules for packaging of the main equipment. As it is in direct contact with the surface of the product, its cleaning procedure directly affects the quality of the product.

Both before and after production to the aluminum packaging machine for thorough cleaning.

Wipe the powder and stain on the surface of PVC guide column, aluminum foil guide column, control panel, forming die surface, die hole, blow plate, cut, discharge port, traction template and so on with a clean wet cloth.

Clean the powder and dirt on the upper and lower heating plates with a copper brush.

Clean the brush, brush roller and four walls in the charging tank of the powder brush board, and drain bucket, etc., and wipe them again with a dry cloth. The brush should be blow-dried.

Wipe forming guide posts, thermal sealing guide posts, cylinder posts, cut mark guide posts, cutter guide posts, shell lead cylinder bars, sliding columns dust, oil.

Clean and wipe the dust and dirt on the surface of machine and body.

Check the working condition of the air pipe. If there is dirt inside, remove it and clean it.

After cleaning, wipe the outer surface of each part and equipment thoroughly with pure water, and then wipe it with 75% ethanol for disinfection.

Fill in the cleaning record and report to the quality supervisor for inspection, the equipment has been cleaned.

If the cleaning is not used for a week, the aluminum packaging machine should be scrubbed clean with wet cloth, and then wiped and disinfected with 75% ethanol before production can be carried out.
