GL series automatic capsule filling machine is a new product specially improved by our company based on market experience. The whole machine adopts arc design, smooth streamline, and elegant appearance. The equipment adopts PLC programming and touch screen display. It can automatically alarm and display for operation failure or lack of material, and automatically stop. After the failure is removed, the alarm can be automatically eliminated. The machine also has functions such as password input, parameter setting, printing data, and resetting. All main key parts of the machine such as drive shafts, cams and bearings are made of imported materials, which are reliable equipment favored by foreign customers.
Machine features:
1. The equipment adopts internal cam transmission to reduce the center of gravity of the equipment, and the high-speed operation is stable. Ferguson transmission is adopted, with low vibration, high-speed operation noise is less than 75dB, and the dosage difference is controlled within 3-5% (depending on the powder situation) ；
2. The rotating part is fully enclosed, and an automatic lubrication system can be added, and the work surface is free of oil, avoiding cross-contamination with drugs;
3. The machine adopts the man-machine interface of German Siemens, PLC programmable controller, LCD display output per minute, cumulative output, empty capsule and powder state, alarm for lack of capsule and automatic shutdown when powder is not enough, fault diagnosis prompt, etc.;
4. The equipment mold installation has pin holes, and the mold correction is quick and easy;
5. The equipment adopts mold brush cleaning and dust suction device to increase the chance of capsule loading, which can reach 99.99%.
