Appearance of the finished package:

The blister should be full, smooth and clean; The batch number in the plate should be clearly identified and the position should be accurate, and there should be no pollution of the plate phenomenon; PVC and aluminum foil sealing place should be tight, smooth, clear pattern, no wrinkling, pressure wear phenomenon; PVC and aluminum foil at the corner of the plate shall not be separated; No burrs at the edges and corners of plates.

Dimensions of finished package:

The size difference of the plate length and the plate width is ±0.3mm. The sealing distance between the blisters is not less than 2.5mm, and the sealing distance between the edge of the blister and the edge of the plate and the tear line is not less than 2.5mm.

Sealtightness of finished package:

Plate sealing is tight, no liquid infiltration blister or sealing layer.

Filling rate of finished package:

There shall be no lack of grain in the well-filled plate. For the packaged materials that are not easy to be unloaded, such as rubber pellets and special-shaped sheets, appropriate auxiliary filling measures shall be adopted after negotiation with the user.
