3.1 After the production of this batch, the post operator shall change the batch number record, and the post leader shall inform the external contractor to change the batch. The next batch of packaging can be carried out only when it is confirmed that the current batch of packaging has finished.

3.2. Transfer the remaining PVC hard sheets and aluminum foil to the packing material storage room in time during the large clearance, and check the collar amount, usage amount, residual amount and loss amount of all PVC hard sheets and aluminum foil.

3.3 When changing the variety or specification, the remaining PVC hard sheets and aluminum foil shall be returned to the warehouse.

3.3.1 Fill in the material return form according to the checked remaining quantity.

3.3.2 In the packing material storage room, the materials shall be discharged in the opposite order when entering the inner package and returned to the warehouse.

3.3.3 The warehouse administrator will check the quantity and sign the return form and stick it on the outer packing box of materials

3.4 After the production, clean the whole aluminum plastic packaging post according to the standard operation rules of cleaning.

3.5. All cleaning shall be carried out according to the standard operation rules for cleaning of high-speed aluminum foam cover packing linkage line.

3.6. Clean the containers and utensils used in production. Wash the dust on the containers and utensils with drinking water first, then rinse them again with purified water, disinfect them with 75% ethanol after drying, and wipe them with dry mercerized towels.

3.7. Collect production tailings, centrally destroy unqualified products, send the waste to the waste export, and move it to the production area in time.

3.8 Fill in production records, equipment use logs and other related records related to this batch of production.
