Q pump should be used for the first time, used after long-term use, after changing the new oil, the air port should be closed for at least 1 hour after operation, so that the pump reaches the working temperature and the pump oil is fully degassed after the pressure is measured.

Vacuum pump oil: The vacuum pump should use the vacuum pump oil according to SHO528-92 standard. Vacuum pump oil with ISO-VG100 viscosity grade is used when the ambient temperature is between 10℃ and 40℃. Vacuum pump oil with ISO-VG32 viscosity grade is used when the ambient temperature is 0-10 ℃. Vacuum pump operation must ensure that the oil level in the oil window height of 143/4. Oil level and oil contamination should be checked regularly. If the oil level is too low, stop the pump and add vacuum pump oil to 3/4 of the oil window. The oil should be changed after the first 150 hours of work. Change oil after 500 hours of work. The filter should be replaced at the same time of oil change. If the oil is contaminated will be black, emulsified, thickened, should be timely oil change. And clean the pump before adding new oil.
