   Touchscreen HMI allows digital adjustment of forming temperature, film feeding speed and sealing pressure. Built-in auto-stop & alarm functions for film shortage, missing pills and counting sorting to cut labor cost.

   Standard mold slots enable mold replacement within 10–15 minutes for different tablets/capsules, minimizing downtime for multi-batch mixed production.
