In addition, if the motor starts before the hopper is in place, or does not start after it is in place, the filling delay time can be adjusted to start it within 1 second after it is in place. The speed of the hopper motor and the speed of the rotary motor can be adjusted depending on the amount of filling and the good fluidity of the material. Powder filling and metering adjustment: The filling dose can be adjusted by speeding up or slowing down the speed of the feeding motor and the powder rotary table on the touch screen. If the dosage is needed to increase, the speed of the feeding rotary plate can be reduced in real time, and the speed of the feeding motor can be increased to adjust to the ideal filling dose, and the speed value of the current feeding motor and the feeding rotary plate can be recorded for future use.
