Basic installation of capsule filling machine

Switch on the main power switch.

Check the lubricating oil of the main engine and auxiliary engine, and turn the handwheel to check whether the machine is normal.

Align the locating pin, install the horizontal guide block to the bottom and tighten the handle on both sides.

Install the horizontal guide fork, install the supply fork and tighten the handle and square head bolt (square wrench).

Install the vertical supply plate in place and tighten the square head bolt (square wrench).

Install the capsule funnel and tighten the handle.

Install the capsule bucket and tighten the two fixed handles.

Install the condensation thimble, install the condensation thimble pressing plate, and tighten the square head bolt (square wrench).

Install clean thimble, eject thimble, remove thimble, install in place and to the end, tighten square head bolt, turn hand wheel, all thimble should be in the center of die hole (square wrench).
