Load test can be carried out after passing no-load test.

Manually run the device, open the capsule holder, and allow the capsule to drain into the capsule plate hole. And adjust the push pawl, pressure pawl and capsule directional seat of the pawl mechanism as appropriate, so that it is on the center.

The capsule should be discharged into the hole of the capsule plate smoothly, and the action of the plucking cap, pressing and pushing mechanism is coordinated.

The charging powder should run for no less than 1 hour, check the metering device, and adjust it flexible. The difference in the loading accuracy of the powder should not be more than 5%, and it should comply with the provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

The qualified rate of empty bag row, dial cap and closure is above 99%.

The qualified rate of finished products shall not be less than 99.7%.

Electrical control is sensitive and reliable.

Vacuum can be adjusted freely.
