Quality inspection

The filling capsules were tested for content determination, disintegration time limit, filling volume difference, moisture content, microbial limit and other items. Check method for the difference of capsule volume; Take 20 test samples, weigh them accurately, pour out the contents, and wipe the hard capsules with a small brush or other appropriate tools; Then accurately weigh the weight of the capsule and calculate the content and average content of each grain. According to the regulations, no more than 2 granules shall be dried if the difference limit of filling quantity is exceeded, and no one granules shall exceed the limit by 1 times.
