(1) disassemble the upper punch

Loosen the upper punch fastening nut, you can pull out the upper punch rod. If it is tight, you can pull it out by clamping the upper punch rod with hand tongs, but pay attention not to damage the punch shuttle blade.

(2) remove the middle die

Loosen medium die setting screw. Unscrew the down drive set screw, loosen the adjusting screw and loosen the gear press. Turn the adjusting gear to make the lower punch core lever rise about 10 mm, gently turn the handwheel to make the lower punch core lever push out part of the middle die, take out the middle die by hand, if the middle die is tightly aligned in the hole, do not force to turn the hard top of the handwheel to avoid damage to the parts. At this time, the middle die plate must be removed before taking out the middle die.

(3) disassemble the bottom flush

First, screw down the punch fixing screw, and then turn the hand wheel to make the punch core rod rise to a high position, you can pull out the punch rod by hand. If fit closely, can use hand clamp out (careful not to damage the punch blade).

(4) after the disassembly of the die, the adjusting handwheel must be rotated to make the upper punch core rod back about 10 mm. When the handwheel is rotated to make the lower punch core rod rise to a high position, the top of the lower punch core rod is not higher than the bottom of the middle die table (this step is not to be ignored, so as to avoid the accident of the lower punch core rod and the middle die top when it is used again). After that, screw the down thrust fixing screw on.
