The plastic foam forming fault of the blister packaging machine usually has the bottom film perforation of the blister and the forming is incomplete.

1. Reasons for blister bottom film perforation: the forming temperature is too high, and the PVC quality is poor.

Solution: lower the temperature, replace PVC plastic sheet.

2. Incomplete forming: the forming temperature is too low, the upper and lower dies are not parallel, the O-type sealing ring is damaged, the blowing holes and exhaust holes are blocked, the air pressure is not suitable, and the blowing time is wrong.

Solution: raise the temperature, adjust column ball nut (including locking nut), make the upper and lower die parallel fit when the seal is good, replace O-type sealing ring, dreg vent with steel needle, adjust the pressure of reducing valve, generally be (0.3-0.5mpa), adjust the blowing CAM position (wait for forming die to close line blowing).
