Feeder for double layer sheet press

The feeders of two kinds of materials of double layer tablet press should ensure that they cannot flow into each other. This requires special design improvements.

A layer of material feeder is the same as the ordinary grid feeder. In order to prevent the upper punch from taking the material out, a layer of transparent cover plate shall be added to the feeder. The material is fed out quantitatively by the filling rail along the circular arc of the turntable and then returns to a layer of material feeder. The second layer of material feeder is designed as a box, which seals the material flowing from the special feeding box above, and the filling rail quantitative overflow material is also in the box. This kind of feeder is simple in structure, and the output of pressing sheet cannot be maximized.

The two layers of material feeder are in the form of ordinary grid feeder, and a transparent cover plate is added on the feeder, but the material that is quantitatively spilled by the filling rail is released from the outer arc of the feeder and flows into the special holding barrel. This feeding mode is simple in structure and improves the production capacity of the tablet. But the material loss is large.

The two-layer material feeder adopts the box-type sealing feeder. This kind of feeder is suitable for double-layer tablets. The content of main components cannot change with the content of main same components in the material, but the output of this kind of feeder is low.

The two-layer material feeder adopts the forced feeder with feeding impeller and quantitative impeller. This way of feeding costs more, but the output can reach the volume, suitable for the production of large volume.
