Choose the required mold according to the product model and specification requirements.

To install the forming mold, the empty white edge of the mold should be installed towards the feeding mouth, tighten the fixing screw, and fix the forming mold.

Install the blowing mold, tighten the fixing screw, fix the blowing mold, adjust the distance between the blowing mold and the molding mold, so that it is in a horizontal position, and ensure that there is no air leakage, and then tighten the nut, so that the distance between the two remains the same.

Install the post-forming guide plate so that it is at the same level as the high running position of the forming die.

Install the guide track and adjust the height of the hot plate to match the packaged semi-finished product.

Install the hot sealing die, tighten the fixing screw and fix the hot sealing die.

Install the heat sealing mold (first fix the batch number mold of the heat sealing heating plate to the heat sealing mold), tighten the fixing screws, fix the heat sealing mold, adjust the distance between the heat sealing mold and the heat sealing mold, make it in a horizontal position to ensure the pressure is moderate, and then tighten the nuts to keep the distance between the two unchanged.

Install the heat-closing guide plate so that it is at the same level as the running high position of the heat-closing die.

Install the long guide plate so that it is at the same level as the heat-closed guide plate.

Install the cutter device, tighten the fixing screw, fix the lower mold of the cutter device, and then tighten the nut to fix the upper mold of the cutter device.

Install stainless steel baffle on scrap collection roll.
