3. The lubricating oil shall be replaced after the first operation of two dividing boxes for 1000 hours or 4 months (for those who reach the first limit), and once every 3000 hours or once a year (for those who reach the first limit) thereafter; (Its lubricating oil is industrial closed extreme pressure Gear oil with viscosity of 320~460, the original lubricating oil is "Mobil" Mobil Gear 632, it is recommended to use the same grade as far as possible)

4. The upper cover plate of the turntable should be removed every 200 hours of operation of the machine, and lubricating oil (above 90# oil) should be added to each moving point of the T-type shaft and guide rod as well as to the sliding bearing and rolling bearing, and 0# extreme pressure lithium base grease should be added to the linear bearing; Every 1000 hours of operation, the T-shaft and sealing ring should be removed for comprehensive cleaning, and the degree of wear should be checked. 5.
