4. In the process of tablet pressing, the quality of the punching die must be checked frequently. If there is a lack of edge, crack or serious damage, it should be replaced in time to avoid failure and damage to the machine and affect the quality of the tablet.

5, every day after use should be the remaining powder out, wipe the machine parts. If it is out of service for a long time, the die shall be removed and the friction surfaces of the machine shall be removed. The working face is cleaned, coated with anti-rust oil and covered with dustproof clothing. The die should be cleaned and preserved in oil.

6. Check the parts regularly, twice a month.
