Flat type aluminum-plastic bubble cap packing machine aluminum-plastic drum: includes two parts: aluminum-foil drum and plastic sheet drum. The drum is mainly composed of cylinder body, stator inside and outside, brake ring and adjusting nut, the two ends of the drum are supported by rolling bearings on the supporting shaft, which is the rotating part of the drum. The brake ring is set on the inner and outer cylindrical surface of the cylinder body, and is fixed on the support plate. It is the static part of the drum and is used to brake the cylinder body. Tighten or withdraw the 4 adjusting screws on the outer circumference of the brake ring to increase or decrease the braking force on the cylinder body, so that the film or aluminum foil being pulled can obtain the necessary tension force.

The adjusting nut is rotated on the supporting shaft and set on the outer cylindrical surface of the cylinder body, and is connected with the copper body with a bearing. When the cylinder body rotates, the adjusting nut can be rotated to realize axial movement of the cylinder body and to adjust the transverse position of the material. The supporting shaft is fixed on the strut, which is fixed on the fuselage to form the supporting body of the drum.
