Operation requirements of blister packing machine

The connection of each part of the packing machine should be firm and reliable, and the air control, air passage and water passage system should be smooth, and there should be no leakage.

During the operation of the packaging machine, each moving part should be coordinated, flexible, accurate and in place, and the movement state switch of the moving mechanism should be flexible and reliable, without dead point, hard magnetic impact, stuck phenomenon.

There should be no abnormal noise during no-load operation of the packaging machine, and the noise pressure level should not be greater than 82dB (A).

The packing machine should be equipped with batch numbering device, the structure is easy to disassemble and assemble.

The tear line of the packaged product should be kept intact without penetration, consistent in depth, and easy to be torn by hand.
