Operation steps of semi-automatic capsule filling machine

After the machine installed the mold and adjusted well. Here is the operating step.

1. Turn on the machine.

2. Press “Vacuum Pump” button, the vacuum pump turned on.

3. Press the “Capsule Loading” button, the machine load the empty capsules into the disc automatically, when it was full filled, the rotating stopped automatically.

4. Keeping the vacuum pump turned on, rotating the filled capsule disc twice or three times, make sure the capsules were separated by the vacuum.

5. Turn off the vacuum, separated the capsule disc to capsule cap disc and body disc, then put the body disc on the powder filling station, press “Powder Filling” button, the machine will fill the powder into capsule body automatically.

6. When full filled with powder, close the capsule cap and body disc, then put the on capsule locking station, make sure the pin stick in the right mold hole, then use the foot stepping on the locking switch, the pin plate will lock the capsules.

7.Push the capsule disc, the pin plate will push the locked capsules out of the disc.
