Pre - operation of the tablet press

1. The positioning screw at the rocker and the fastening screw at the oil filling hole have been fastened due to transportation reasons. Please loosen these two screws slightly before use.

2. Add a small amount of lubricating oil to each sliding part and moving part regularly.

3. If the machine is new or has not been in use for a long time, open the oil valve with the front screw and shake the rocker several times to make the system full of oil before working.

4. When the pressure rises to the required pressure, the pressure gauge will slightly drop due to the lag effect when the check valve is closed. This is not the fault of the machine, you can use the rocker to fill a little pressure oil to reach the rated value to keep the pressure constant.

5. The pressure oil can use clean N46 hydraulic oil or no. 30 oil.
