For blister packaging machine in the design of blanking device should be the following requirements

1. The punching position should be accurate, and the plate bubble center after punching should be consistent with the plate center;

2. The plate size after punching should be accurate;

3. There should be no flaking and burr around the plate after punching;

4. The durability and reliability of convex and concave die should be high;

5. For box structure packaging machine, the punching device in the longitudinal position should be adjustable to meet the reliable punching position.
