According to the principle of bubble cap forming, PVC film (hard sheet) is heated through the mold and the use of compressed air or vacuum molding for the required shape and size of the bubble cap, so when the forming of the bubble cap problems need to be solved from the following aspects

(1) whether PVC film (hard sheet) is qualified product;

(2) whether the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low;

(3) whether the surface of the heating device is adhered to PVC;

(4) whether the forming mold is qualified, whether the forming holes are smooth, whether the pores are unobstructed;

(5) whether the cooling system of the forming mold works normally and effectively;

(6) whether the vacuum degree and exhaust rate of the drum type negative pressure molding can reach the normal value, and whether the pipeline has abnormal loss;

(7) whether the compressed air of plate type positive pressure forming is clean and dry, whether the pressure and flow can reach the normal value, and whether the pipeline has abnormal loss；

(8) whether the plate type positive pressure molding mold is parallel to clamp the PVC belt, whether there is air leakage phenomenon.
