The removal of defective capsules refers to the removal of the cap and body without separation of the waste capsule.

Adjust the height of the suction nozzle: loosen the fastening top wire and adjust the height of the suction nozzle up and down, and then tighten the top wire. The suction nozzle can not be too low. If the suction nozzle is too low, it will suck off the capsule that has been opened in the module.

The method of adjusting the height of the push rod: under the working table, loosen the lock nut on the joint bearing at both ends of the adjusting rod, and turn the adjusting rod to adjust the height of the push rod. The capsule with the body cap not separated is installed in the upper module of the fifth and sixth working positions. First, turn the main motor shaft with the manual handle to make the push rod move up and down, and observe whether the incomplete capsule is removed and sucked off successfully, and then tighten the lock nut.
