Used for capsule filling, seeding, powder filling and locking automatically, instead of manual filling, reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency, domestic or imported mechanism capsule can be used, the filling dose is accurate.

It adopts electric and pneumatic joint control, equipped with electronic automatic counting device and computer speed regulating device, and completes the actions of capsule positioning, separation, filling and locking respectively.

Adopt three stepless speed regulating motor to drive operation, easy to maintain and operate.

The vacuum pump is started and stopped by button instruction, interlocked with AC contactor, equipped with vacuum gauge, throttle valve, display and regulation system pressure.

The seeding mechanism is powered by a single stepless variable speed motor. The display of seeding speed automatically runs for one week. The machine is set by a counter (60 times) to control the automatic stop.

The filling mechanism is driven by two stepless speed regulating motors. The running speed of hopper and rotary table is displayed by tachometer respectively.

Equipped with a protective device to prevent hand or hard objects from entering the sac seeding mechanism.
