After the replacement, carry out synchronous adjustment. After that, press the button to make the machine run for a short time and check the reciprocating movement. It is required to run smoothly and without impact.

Replacement parts and components: When the type and quantity of the package changes, but the size of the package plate remains the same, only the forming mold and feeding device will be replaced: when the size of the package plate changes, it will be completely replaced, that is, the forming mold, guide platform, heat seal plate, blanking device and so on all need to be replaced.

Synchronous adjustment: Synchronous adjustment is to make the working position of each station accurate and ensure that the bubble cover does not interfere with the corresponding mechanism. It is mainly to adjust the relative positions of the forming device, heat sealing device, printing and indentation device and blanking device, that is, to adjust the integral position of the bubble cover plate on the diaphragm after forming, so as to ensure the accuracy of the plate size and the position of the bubble cover relative to the plate. Generally, the heat sealing device is fixed on the frame body, and the position of the other three devices can be adjusted to meet the synchronous requirement.
