When the capsule filling works normally for a long time, direct contact with drugs should be adjusted, and when the drug batch is changed or interrupted for a long time, it should also be cleaned.

A proper amount of lubricating oil/grease shall always be provided to the driving mechanism under the working surface of the machine tool to reduce wear of moving parts.

Check the oil content of the main transmission once a month, supplement it in time when it is insufficient, and change the lubricating oil every half a year. As a rule of thumb, you should use oil.

Clutch is the traditional overload safety protection, the clutch should not slip, but due to long-term use may appear slip phenomenon, when the clutch slip phenomenon, may have to tighten the nut to ensure the normal operation of the machine, for the purpose of protection.

In the filling process of hard capsules, the vacuum separator of the vacuum system mainly sucks the capsules into the upper and lower modules and separates the cap body. The vacuum separator moves up and down once at each position of the machine's rotating disc, and the machine axis rotates once. If the buffer is not easily separated from the capsule, the distance between the upper plane of the vacuum separator and the lower plane of the lower module should be checked. Too large a distance will cause the vacuum system to be less vacuum than needed for buffering and body separation. When the position of the vacuum separator needs to be adjusted, the main motor shaft rotates, the vacuum separator is added to the most noble position, the background machine adjusts both ends of the rod, the rod adjusts the vacuum separator, and then locks the nut, processing the test main motor shaft rotates to the correct time. The vacuum reading is in the vacuum gauge on the machine operation panel. If the vacuum is too high, you can normally open the vacuum control valve, if the vacuum is too low, you can close the valve. The filter of the vacuum system should be turned on periodically to remove clogged dirt to ensure that there is enough vacuum in the vacuum system.
