Tablet press turntable

Machine turntable is the main operating part of tablet press. There are upper and lower bearing components, spindle, turntable and other main components. The main shaft is supported on the bearing, driven by the worm gear pair, spline connection, drive the main shaft, so that the turntable rotates.

Tablet press track

The track has the cylinder CAM and plane CAM composed of the upper track and the lower track, which is the track of the movement of the upper and lower thrust rod. The upper track is composed of the upper up track, the upper down track, the upper up parallel track, the upper down parallel track, and the lower rail. They are fastened separately to the upper track disk. The lower track is composed of downthrust upward track, downthrust downward track and filling track. They are mounted separately on the lower rail seat.

Filling regulating unit

The filling adjusting unit is used to adjust the weight of tablets. The filling regulating mechanism is installed in the interior of the main body, and the moon-shaped filling rail can be observed on the plane of the main body. It rises or falls by the action of the screw to control the filling amount. When the rotating disk is adjusted, the filling amount decreases clockwise and increases conversely.

Tablet thickness and pressure adjustment parts of the tablet press

By adjusting the pressure wheel up and down, to adjust the thickness (pressure). The lower pressure wheel is arranged in the main body of the groove, it is covered in the eccentric shaft, the outer end is connected to the handwheel, when the external handwheel adjustment, the eccentric shaft drives the pressure wheel up and down, that is, to adjust the thickness of the tablet (pressure), so as to control the thickness and hardness of the tablet, the upper pressure wheel up and down adjustment can also be used as an adjustment device, but not in general.

Feeding device for tablet press

The device is composed of hopper, adjusting screw, feeder and other parts. The feeder is a moon-shaped grid feeder, which is installed on the turntable. The gap between the feeder and the table and the height of the hopper are adjusted according to the fluidity of the particles.

Transmission device

The driving part of the press is composed of motor, synchronous belt wheel and worm gear reducer, test hand wheel and so on. The motor is installed on the motor seat of the bottom plate. After the motor is started, the power is transferred to the deceleration and worm gear pair through a pair of synchronous belts. Electric speed is adjusted by ac frequency conversion stepless speed regulation. Open both sides or the back door for direct observation and contact with these parts.

The trim parts

The shell is fully enclosed, in accordance with GMP requirements. The upper part is enclosed by four Windows for cleaning and maintenance. The lower part is enclosed by a stainless steel door, which is normally locked and closed and only opened for maintenance and installation of the die. The front side of the machine is equipped with an operating platform. The pressing chamber and the driving part of the machine are separated by a stainless steel enclosure to ensure the cleaning of the pressing chamber and protect the driving parts from powder pollution and corrosion.
