Working procedure of blister packaging machine

1.According to the electronic safety,connecting to the power supper,press the button for main motor to see if it is run nomally.

2.Cooling water:According to the scutcheon on the machine ,connect the cooling water to see if the current is running smoothly.

3.Air compressor:Open the air compressor and you can use the air pump until the air pressure is reached at 0.2-0.4MPA.

4.Add the oil:Add the lubricating oil to cam box and gear-box. Plus :2/3 of the oil box will be enough.

5.Adjust nut paper ,put the PVC on the bearing and lock it,Then draw the PVC to the traction nip and fix it.The position of the PVC should be   conform to the orbit of the machine and keep average on the both sides.
