APPLICATION
The blister packing machine is special for pharmaceutical, food, chemical industrial usage. It has the function of packaging, detecting, rejection. It adopted PLC control system, touch screen interface, frequency converter system, which make the machine automatic running more stable and enhanced the machine life time. The machine can use ALU PVC, ALU ALU, PVC PAPER material for blister packaging. It meet GMP standard.
MACHINE FEATURES
● Equipped with a new PVC installation station, the maximum film diameter can reach 60 cm, reducing the PVC replacement times; PVC quick-cutting device can quickly connect PVC, which is convenient for operation;
● The forming device, the heat sealing device, the batching device and the punching device all adopt the mold changing method of guiding and pushing the handle to ensure the quick change of the mold, and no tools such as a wrench are needed for disassembly and assembly.
● The mechanical transmission part is separated from the packaging material running part, which is easy to clean and reduces oil pollution.
● You can choose visual inspection kick function, tangential indentation, batch number and waste chopping recovery, cursor on the plate and other devices.
● Cylinder positive pressure heat sealing, stop heat sealing mold automatically separate, do not burn packaging materials, extend the life of the machine.
