APPLICATION
The high-speed blister packaging machine is suitable for automatic blister packaging of regular medicines such as capsule tablets and chewing gum, lozenges, chocolate beans and other confectionery. It adopts flat pressure forming, drum type mesh sealing, which is reliable in sealing. It can print batch number and press easy tearing line. This machine is designed to pack without packaging material waste, which is saving money.
MACHINE FEATURES
● No need tool to change the mold, and the mold adopts the guiding push-in type, fast mold changing.
● With servo traction, it is more convenient to set up simple debugging.
● The forming heating plate is stopped at a long distance to avoid excessive softening of the PVC.
● Can be equipped with image detection and reject, robot hand tip, vibrating rail automatic feeder.
● Can be equipped with servo eye mark tracing function.
